How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 working days. Express arrives in 1–2 working days when you order before 2pm.
What is the returns window?+
Members can wear-test shoes for 30 days. If they do not suit you, send them back for a full refund, even if worn.
How does Nike sizing run?+
Most styles run true to size. Racing shoes fit snug; if you are between sizes, go half a size up. Every product lists fit notes.
How should I care for my shoes?+
Brush off dirt, wipe with mild soapy water and air-dry away from heat. Avoid the washing machine for foam midsoles.
How do I track my order?+
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Members can also follow it in their account.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
You can cancel within 30 minutes of ordering. After that, simply return the pair once it arrives.
